FAQs

Modifying shipping address:

1. Unfulfilled orders, contact us and we will update the address.
2. Orders that were already shipped, the shipping address CANNOT be changed.

Changing sizes:

1. For unfulfilled orders, email us and we can modify the size.
2. For paid but unshipped orders, you may contact our customer service for changing sizes.
3. For shipped orders, the size cannot be edited. Please request for a return after you receive the order.
